Your elbows should be at the same height as your desk, and bent at approximately 90 degrees when using your mouse and keyboard.Having your monitor about an arms-length away from your eyes is generally good. In other words, you shouldn't have to look up to see anything. The top of your monitor should be at around eye-level.If you can't, consider getting a stool or platform to put under your desk.
